I used to be a cheesemonger in fancy restaurants around L.A. Ever since then I have held very strong opinions about things like cheese, charcuterie, and olive oil. These days, I occasionally moonlight as a food stylist for some of my clients like Brightland, Caraway, Green Pan, and The Spice House.
